Welcome to Woojoo Studio (“Woojoo Studio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Woojoo Goods. These Terms of Service govern your use of https://woojoo-studio.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from us.

1. Products and Services

Woojoo Studio offers personalized name labels, custom stickers, accessories, and other physical goods.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products, designs, pricing, promotions, or availability at any time without prior notice.

Product colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing processes, materials, and normal production variations.

2. Personalized Products and Order Accuracy

Many of our products are made specifically according to information provided by the customer, including names, text, colors, designs, sizes, and other personalization selections.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before submitting an order.

We are not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect names, or other customization errors submitted by the customer.

Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, they may not be eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds except as provided in our Refund Policy.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
• Incorrect pricing or product information;
• Products that are unavailable;
• Personalization requests containing unlawful, offensive, or infringing material; or
• Other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is due at the time an order is placed and is processed securely through our third-party payment processor.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or typographical errors before fulfilling an order.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are subject to the processing and delivery times described in our Shipping Policy.

Standard shipping is currently offered free on qualifying orders of $25.00 or more before applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated on the Site.

Shipping charges for orders that do not qualify for free shipping may be calculated based on the selected shipping method, destination, carrier rates, or applicable flat rates.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Woojoo Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Damaged Products

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within the period specified in our Refund Policy.

7. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law.

For orders shipped within Texas, Woojoo Studio will collect applicable Texas state and local sales taxes as required.

We may also collect sales tax in other jurisdictions where we have a legal obligation to do so. Tax requirements may vary depending on the destination of the order and applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Woojoo Studio name, branding, website content, original artwork, graphics, product photography, and other original materials appearing on the Site are owned by or licensed to Woojoo Studio.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially use our original content without permission.

Third-party artwork, fonts, characters, or other licensed materials remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their applicable licenses.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Site or our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
