Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and prepared within 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Personalized items may require additional production time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available. Estimated shipping time is typically 2–7 business days, depending on the shipping carrier and destination. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Woojoo Studio is not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first and then reach out to us if additional assistance is needed.
